As the founder of TerraGen Environmental Group, Doug has over four decades of North American entrepreneurial experience.
His expertise is in identifying opportunities, creating new business, and growing existing companies to provide products and services for meeting expanding and changing market trends. Doug is a graduate of the University of Toronto in Mechanical Engineering and is a Professional Engineer registered in Ontario.

Darren has been an instrumental member of TerraGen since 2012, occupying numerous roles from sales to project management. He currently serves as TerraGen’s President overseeing all aspects of the business. Darren is extremely customer focused and has developed a reputation to simplify complex challenges and navigate unique circumstances to see projects through to successful completion. Darren holds Bachelor of Commerce undergraduate degree and MBA from Royal Roads University.
